Final Caller

Called before 10 AM today (SATURDAY). Voicemail tried to get my husband to say "Yes" (nice try). Tried calling back; voicemail took me to a car warranty/insurance scam! Called AGAIN to verify info; got a TV/Internet plan scam! Wonder what I'll get on a 3rd call....

And another call from "Name Unavailable". Tried calling back on a "safe" phone (one where I can block the spammers from calling back) and the call did not go through! Surprise surprise (no, not REMOTELY surprised).

Caller ID just said "SPRINGDALE PA" (yes, with space in the middle -- a red flag that it's probably spam). Tried calling back on a "safe" phone, but got a recording saying "the number could not be completed as dialed"! So clearly a spoofed # or one from outside the US!

Didn't recognize # or caller ID -- and there seems to be NO connection between them that I could find, EITHER. Clearly a spoofed # and a spoofed name! Do NOT pick up!

"GODDARD KS" called while I was on another (IMPORTANT) call. Went to voicemail but there was no message left. The gap in the middle is generally a flag that it's spam -- and in this case another report site had flagged it as a "Medicare robocall".

Caller ID said "Cell Phone PA" (that's a new one!). Tried calling back on a phone where I can block incoming calls if needed, and got a message saying "number is not in service"! So clearly some sort of spam or fraud....

"Name Unavailable" did not leave a message even though call went to voicemail. When I looked the # up, I found that # was "invalid" or does not belong to the US"..... So, *clearly* some sort of spam!

Caller ID said "PARKER, SARA" -- but caller was a guy with a thick Indian accent, who said he was calling from "Diabetic Health". (In reality, the background noise sounded as if he was actually in CALL CENTER. So, spam, and spoofing someone's name and # at that....
