Final Caller

Caller ID just said "CARNEGIE PA" (yes, with space in the middle pushing the text to the edges of the screen). Some woman named "Julia" asked for me by (first) name but hung up when my husband asked her to leave a message. Suspect spam of some sort....

Caller ID said "MEDI SERVICES". Apparently a real business but this is NOT their #. They are in MA & would NOT be calling from a PA area code! Suspect spam using a spoofed caller ID.

No message left by "Name Unavailable" even though it went to voicemail. Tried calling back on a "safe" phone & got the "We do not recognize" this #" message. Well I don't recognize YOUR # and mostly neither does Google!

No message left. Caller ID said "MEDICARE 4 YOU" (apparently a WISCONSIN based business). Tried calling back on a "safe" phone -- only got a recording saying "Number not i service!" Clearly a scam call!

Caller ID said "INSURANCE LIST" (!) NO apparent connection with that & the # on Google. As for a search just for the #? Three overseas sites with fake sounding names they told Google (seriously, someone in Lesthoto is named "Alaska"? Yeah, pull the other leg too....)

Accidentally called "MORRISVILLE PA" back to get voicemail (only there WASN'T). "Gail" said it was the "Medicare Enrollment Center" but couldn't say why the caller ID was different OR why no message was left. Now reported to Medicare.gov (who said they DON'T make cold calls).

7th call in almost 3 months from this area code/exchange. Caller ID always comes up as "SAYRE PA" (pushing the city that it's a robocaller system.

No message left by "MONESSEN PA" even though call (in theory) went to voicemail. And another # where -- when calling back on a "safe" phone -- you get the "We do not recognize this #" error message (suspect it's all the same call center making these bogus calls).
